Due to the activity we develop, we live in constantly changing market, environmental and social contexts, to name a few, which involve the needs of being dynamic, of reinventing ourselves in order to improve. The challenges we face today and future perspectives, indicate that with our creativity and intelligence we will be able to find solutions to the challenges we face.

Very often we need something or someone to encourage us to face challenges. Here, the transforming force of our culture focuses on three lines of leadership: integral, modeling and inspirational.

With an integral leadership we can take on technical responsibilities of the processes in which we are involved and also better approach the relationship with teamwork, the environment and, why not, with ourselves.
